How to make a wish in the Fountain of Dreams
Head straight out of the Royal High Castle entrance and it’s extremely hard to miss the Dream Fountain as it’s directly in front of you! Move closer to it, and the bubble to Make a Wish will appear. Click on it, and a story will appear. To find out when you can make another wish, as there’s a cooldown of two hours. Open up your notebook, and you’ll see the countdown in your planner, as well as a handy “Go There! Teleport” button!
